I have a mostly V5 Board and now running a 6.1 this has also some odds and ends but it is a non release radio at the moment. You know, for listening.Īnyway, the bottom line is that this does indeed work so that I have the full 10M band and all the 11M stuff without needing to do the power up sequence to switch between them. I have tried 4 PC based programs that are mainly for v3 type radios, etc but find it difficult and I have downloaded both the software and the software from. AT-5555V6 and V6 board types and programming.I'll probably add a universal CTCSS tone board so I can get into the 10M repeaters. and use the Anytone AT-5555V6 board and programming software from Anytone. Contrary to popular opinion by some who don't own one, this is a real ham radio. Now I'm thinking about internally adjusting the output power. Specifically, turning the AM and FM carriers down to perhaps 5 watts with the front-panel control set to full.
